The 41-year-old Bishop Weeks, Juanita Bynum husband of evangelist pleaded guilty, one count of aggravated assault today, 11 March 2008 in Fulton County Superior Court Judge T.Jackson Bedford presided over the case. On 22 August 2007 reported that Mrs. Bynum to the Atlanta Police Department that her husband had choked her, pushed her down, stepped and stomped her in the Renaissance Concourse Hotel parking lot on 21 August 2007. Ms. Bynum reported the assault to the police, without treatment for her injuries at a local hospital. Further investigation revealed that the attack was from a hotel employee witness. According to the employee, he heard first woman screaming Bynumand went to the vote because he fears that she had run into serious difficulties. If the employee reached the hotel parking lot, he witnessed Ms. Bynum lay on the asphalt and weeks to come and stamp it again and again all over her body. The employee grabbed weeks and forced him to stop the attack on his wife. Weeks, was overheard saying he wanted to kill her. After the attack, fled the scene weeks before the police could be notified. Bishop weeks was sentenced to three years probation...
